Position Summary: We're looking for caring and dedicated maids to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone with a positive outlook, a genuine concern for clients and coworkers, and a desire to learn and improve. If you enjoy helping people and have a knack for customer service, this role is perfect for you! It is also a really good workout. Think CrossFit every day.
A typical day:
- Your first two weeks will be training via our industry recognized training program.

Once you are fully graduated from training and competent to serve our clients on your own, you'll be driving straight from home to your first house where you'll begin the day. Sometimes clients are home and they are usually very happy to see you because that means it's cleaning day! You'll clean their home and then you are off to your next client to do the same. Once the day is done, you drive home and relax because there is nothing to take home from this job. Our maids typically work alone but we will often pair you up with a partner on homes that take longer than 5 hours. This is a job where you get close and meaningful interaction with our clients and you also have time to pop some headphones in and flow. This is a physical job so we usually work 32-35 hours per week, but our performance pay system allows you to get 40 hour week pay and go home early.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position or general labor role.

High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong empathy and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Practical skills in cleaning, customer service, and problem-solving.

Valid driver's license and comfort with driving to different client locations.

Must be available 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday.

This is a W2 employee position. We provide supplies, and training, pay payroll taxes, and do standard things that an established company should do.
